Rip Off

I have had several purchased items on this game and the only ones I can seem to get back are the plays. I have emailed customer support and not received any response back. This is fun and relaxing game but Im not a big fan of being ripped off. Im a big believer in paid apps but I also believe I should get to keep what I pay for, apparently not for this company. Play but DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

I will gladly change my review after I have spoken to someone and had my items that I have purchased restored.
